I saw somewhere the cheat for technology, actually how to get one, but now I can't find it. Any help?

note that just as with events, techs will only fire in the console if you meet the trigger requirements for them to fire. So if you are lacking a precursor tech or invention, firing in the console will not give you the desired tech.
