Is there a list of cheat code options?

I get the impression they are acessed with key combination F12 + another key

There are a lot of cheat codes you can use. If you do a search on the net for HOI2 cheat codes, you will find them. They work with DH using the F12 key as you mentioned. Hit the F12 key then type in the cheat code and it will work. When I get bored and decide to have some fun, these are the main ones I use:

money - gives you money increments
manpower - increases your manpower pool
supplies - increases your supplies pool
oil - increases your oil pool
rare - increases your rare mineral pool
metal - increases your metal pool
energy - increases your energy pool
transports - adds transports to your transport fleet
escorts - add escorts to your escort fleet

also there is

nofog - eliminates fog of war and you can see all
norevolts - there will be no revolts in any province

There are many more but these are the main ones I think

acceptall- AI accepts all demands, including espionage, (but I can't assassinate ministers anyway?)

freedom- You can change your nation's policies as you see fit.

There is also a mod that unlocks 'Cheat Events'. It is very overpowered, but you can do things like obtain all blueprints, make research 1000% more efficient, or even drastically reduce build times to 1 day etc.

Could someone kindly give a link to the HO12 cheat codes I cannot find H012 in the list of Paradox games as they are promoting HOIV I guess its quite old.

I would like to use cheat codes to boost the Economics indices

If you go to the above link, you get a mod that is very useful to achieve most of your requests, providing you have the game registered, of course.

HO12 cheat codes

event 1002 - adds 200% of max daily income supplies from random event "Womens organisations donates material to the Army".
event 1003 - adds 100 conscripts from random event "Youth Movement provides more volunteers".
event 1004 - adds 100 conscripts from random event "Women labour force tapped for factories".
event 1005 - reduces dissent with 5% at the cost of 100% of max daily income supplies from random event "Great Military Parade held in Capital".
event 1007 - adds 30 conscripts from random event "Massflight of War Refugees".
event 1009 - reduces dissent by 3% from random event "Artist reflects popular emotions and records epic song".
event 1011 - technology stolen from enemy from random event "Leading scientist defects to your country".
event 1012 - grants blueprint for one of the technology currently researched from random event "Accidental discovery: miracular breaktrough in research".
event 1013 - gains 1% industrial efficiency from random event "Private initiative boost production".
event 1040 - steals a technology from a random enemy or neighbour from random event "Technology stolen from enemy".
event 6 - The Yugoslavia event, what ever country you are using at the time you fire it will leave it's alliance (Like Germany leaving the Axis)

So I press F12 and for example key in 8010600 for a IC efficancy modifier?

It appears that not all of the HOI2 codes work. Those begining 81++ or 80+++ definatly dont work and the seral event10+++ are a bit hit and miss.
