There is something odd that has consistently been happening to me since the game was released (as far as I can remember). Sometimes I like to start as a duke or count who is surrounded by idiots, and then try to work my way up. I usually quickly try to marry a handful of courtiers into my realm to serve as breeders and tutors.
I use the character screener tool to search for available courtiers and sort by stats, then I right click on the portraits to enter diplomacy, then click the arrange marraige button, then click the empty circle to pop up my own list of available people to marry. Everything works well the first couple marriages I arrange.
The problem is, after I arrange a couple marriages, it doesn't let me arrange any more until I restart the game. After selecting the person that I want to marry, I bring up the diplomacy, and arrange marriage menus again, then when I try to click the empty circle to pop up my own list of available people to marry, it doesn't show anybody even though I have several people who are able to marry them. Restarting the game fixes this.
Does anybody else ever have this issue? Am I doing something wrong or could this be a bug?
