Character positioning after cutscenes

I'm getting pissed off here. POTD is a major pain in the ass just because of this. Look at this... my 2 heavy armor wearing characters in the back, the Cloth and Leather in front, wtf? WHY? No matter which formation I use they will always go in this retarded position, Barrik is stuck behind and guess who gets engaged and surrounded instantly... that's right, the Cloth wearer.

This isn't even the only place this happens, but I'm posting this now because I happened to run out of Invisibility Potions and there's nothing I can do about losing my healer as soon as the fight starts! I KNOW you can do better, since in most places Barrik is in front as he should be, you just need to fix the exceptions.

Cutscenes dropping you into combat is also kind of terrible for the already lacking stealth reliant talents.

I think your party order affects this? You can rearrange the portraits on the far left. I put my squishies on the bottom and I don't recall having this issue.

Good idea, but unfortunately it didn't work. I tried it both where the previous screenshot is taken, and in Act I at Remote Settlement.
