Character portraits problem 1.7

Hi guys! Ever since I've updated crusader kings 2 to 1.7 the character portraits are distorted except for kids. It also happens in the loading screen where the loading screen are missing some things.For example some of the quote has disappeared and some of the loading screen designs are missing. Thank you to anyone who responds or can help me.
