Khaylon - so Fan of Blades is effective even without putting ranks in Bow (which I take you don't do)? Likewise, fighting Malices with bows is effective despite the sigificantly lower accuracy?

Can't check atm but based on what you wrote the bonus from Seize the Initiative only applies to 1H?

You use javelins, not bows... The throwing weapons are using the 1h skill since the patch 1.1 - that's the big advantage of the 1h spec - you can use both melee&ranged attacks without penalty.
