Konstantin Vilms, aged 35
Vilms was born the son of an Estonian refugee from the cold war and an American expatriot. He grew up in New Lancaster city, and grew up as a socialist. However, against his parents wishes, he gladly joined the navy at 18. His rebellious period was over after 10 years in the navy, when he retired from military service.
Vilms left for a life working for local newspapers. During this time he met with a small group of right-wing monarchists, although the right-wing of the monarchists did not stick with him, the idea of monarchy did. In 2003 he decided to become politically active in Eutopia and joined the CRE. Vilms has since been pushing for party change, and has been appointed PR chief and official representative of the CRE to the MRC.
Vilms, in 2002 organized a movement, along with key investors to found a basketball association, which came true in 2003. However its popularity failed. Vilms also attempted to create a sports business to organize Eutopian sports, however with the drop in popularity of Eutopian sports it is questionable as well.
After a few years as a memmber of the CRE, Vilms began to move more to the right. He became the most vocal opponent to the Coalition to Preserve the Republic. After he was abducted by police in a raid on the CRE headquarters, Vilms became an avid supporter of the bill of rights. He determined that the best way to protect rights would be through the MILE office. After becoming deputy under Jacob Lundgren and successfully defusing a near massacre in Farpoint, Vilms was propelled into the office.
With the collapse of the CRE, Vilms created the only other monarchist party, the RPE. After a brief campaign for Mayor of Eutopia City, Vilms returned to the position of MILE. He is also the lead editor of The Regal, and the current head of the Eutopian Royalist Organization.
