Changing the prices?

I have a small question. I'm terrible when it comes to modding, always end up screwing something up. So could anyone tell me how I could change the amount of IC required to build a Transport. The mod I currently have raised it by quite a bit and it's kind of annoying.

So basically, I'm asking for someone to tell me which files I need to change in order to change the price.
