So I was save editing my save, editing some Gigastructure settings, and wondered if I could change the new growth mechanics. I checked meta (as it seemed quite meta to me) but it was inside the "gamestate" file on line 574782 for me.
If you're wondering how to access "meta" and "gamestate" all you need is 7Zip and the save isolated from the rest of the saves (take it out of the folder). Simply rightclick and under 7Zip select "open archive". Make sure to use Notepad ++ (not the built in one) to edit saves so the filetype stays the same and doesn't corrupt. Built-in notepad is fine for viewing saves though.
