Yes, but it is harder than on newer Paradox releases. Basically you will need to edit the font files located in the directory of: "<your Victoria directory>\gfx\fonts".
So there are 6 .bmp images of characters on vertical green lines labeled as the font names and sizes (arial8, arial10, Lafayette30, Lafayette36, Proforma12, ProformaB12). How on earth would one go about changing these? By manually changing each individual character on the green line into the desired font (I hope not)? Thank you very much for your help sir!

I would imagine that's how to do it, yeah. I wonder if you can just add in a new font and then change it somewhere though (though I doubt that)?
Perhaps this thread belongs in the modding forum. If any moderator would be kind of enough to move it?
