I've been trying to create re skins for Hearts of Iron IV without recreating or creating new meshs, but I have no idea how to change the texture files (Only the diffuse files, not the spec or normal)
 
How do you go about changing the diffuse files? Do you use any third party tools such as JoroDox to convert the .mesh files or do you change them via script?
