Changing province names in pop-ups

Little glitch which is really annoying me is that any time I get a battle message pop-up involving Konisberg, the Konisberg is written KonISBERG (ie in a mix of upper and lower case letters).

Dumb question, but could someone tell me how to change this? I'm computer literate but not confident in messing about with anything but graphics files.

open HOI2\Config\province_names.csv with WORDPAD!!! Make sure you don't open it with Excel!!!

Find Konis, and change it. Save it.

P.S. Shouldn't it be Konigsberg??
