Changing Ottoman cultural technology group ?

Hey guys

I'm currently playing a campaign with Austria and it bores me a lot that the Ottoman Empire don't stand a chance when i march my forces against them for "The battle of the Balkans" . This is primarily due to their poor technology (mine is 11 and their is 4). War is only funny if you get worthy opposition and the Ottomans is not capable of giving my forces that.

Is it possible to change their technology group from Moslem to Latin so their technology will be more up to date with western europe ? (I think i would be more historical correct at least in the two first centuries of the grand campaign.

yes it is possible. Write an event for the Ottomans (or modify one of their existing events) and put in the command line....

command = { type = technology which = latin }
