Changing of religion and loss of alliances

I prussia have mariied every christian nation in europe. Have becommen good friend with sweden. As all of my provinces are protestant i have maxed out me tolerance towerd it. Now sweden changes religion to my nations favourite. The logical thing would be that i would like that, but nooo i lose about 100 relation and by alliance and marriage.
Kind of wierd isnt it?

I hope that in EU2 the effect of others changing religion would be tied to the tolerace levels not just the religion.
