Changing number of tech-teams??

Is it possible to change the numbers of tech-teams in the game?

You mean how many tech teams can do research at the same time for a country? That's hard-coded and so it can't be changed, it will remain 1 plus one per 20ICs, capped at 5.

But if you meant about adding new tech teams to countries, that can be done easily.

well the guys with modern day scenario done the job.maybe import the stuff from them.
