Changing names of a holding

I've tried finding the answer to this on the forums, but its like finding a needle in a haystack...

Ever since Legacy of Rome and the patches that came out at about that time, I've been unable to change the names of any of my holdings. Was this an intentional change made by paradox? Or am I doing something wrong?
