Changing Music Files

I've been playing CKII for quite some time and I love it! It's so fun and I will never get bored. Recently, I've started trying mods on the steam workshop and just from the web. A mod called ElderKings really caught my eye because I'm a huge Elder Scrolls nerd. I've been playing with this mod for a few days now and I've been noticing that it has one Elder Scrolls-themed song, which was the Main title song. It's a great song but I started wondering if I could add in other Elder Scroll songs to feel a little more immersive. Is there a way that I can change the CKII soundtrack by making a mod that I could put on the steam workshop? I know plenty of my friends who would enjoy the Elder Scrolls soundtracks playing while they enjoyed the awesomeness of CKII!

It's definitely possible, checkout http://www.ckiiwiki.com/Music_modding.
The most time consuming part is that you need .ogg format, so usually need to convert from source.

As to uploading to steam workshop, well it would probably violate rule 6) (https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/rules-for-user-made-mods-edits.779854/) as I guess the songs are copyrighted by Bethesda ? Not sure how hard the rule is enforced, but just to warn you
