Changing music, and OPM's randomly being annexed

Got two questions I haven't been able to figure out.

1. Is there a way to change what song is currently playing? Mousing over the date will tell you what track is currently playing, so... Would be nice if there was a way to skip the current playing song. Googling doesn't seem to bring this up anywhere. No one even seem to ask the question.

2. Since the last patch, OPM's seemingly cease to exist quite randomly. For example, while playing Byzantium and owning the provinces surrounding Caffa (which was Genoas last province), I suddenly got the province, core included. Later I also made Croatia a vassal, and Istria was Venice's last province bordering Croatia. After a little while, Venice ceased to exist and Croatia got Istria w/ a core. Does anyone know what is triggering this?

There's a console command for it. I think it's 'nextsong' without the apostrophes, but if you want to be absolutely sure, you should check the EUIV wiki.

I did actually google several variations of "eu4 how to change currently playing song", but nothing came up. That command does work, though, but obviously not in Ironman. Thanks, but it'd be nice with something that works in Ironman.

The provinces didn't have a noticable revolt risk, so that would surprise me :U In addition, they weren't cores, only claims.
