As we know we can change our leaders in HOI 4, with Britain being able to have Neville Chamberlain, Winston Churchill, Edward VIII and Oswald Mosely. The Germans having the ability to assassinate Hitler later, and the Soviets allowing Trotsky to come into power. my 2 questions are thus:
1:Can we get a list of all the leaders for the major powers, and their ideology they are associated with?
2: Are Minors restricted to having only 1 ruler, per faction?

1:Can we get a list of all the leaders for the major powers, and their ideology they are associated with?
Yes they can, whether they do it though is another question, and maybe leaving some element of surprise for when the game is released could be good as well...
2: Are Minors restricted to having only 1 ruler, per faction?
Seeing as they didn't even go through the trouble of making unique portraits for the ahistorical ideological leaders (at least last time we saw that), I wouldn't expect any 5th ruler (unless they became the historical leader through elections, maybe even ahistorical, I believe I saw the Dutch leader change during the Multiplayer WWW's, not sure though...)
