Our game philosphy is very clear since EU3, context senstives games with a historical feel. We are putting a lot of effort into trying to get that into Victoria 2. Ideologies and issues selection is a script inside the POP file that using event style triggers, anything that triggers an event can be used for ideology and issue selection. This gives us two things, first greater context sensitivity and the second thing is that it is easier to change with the results of testing. Our aim is the the social and political development of your country be driven by the situation you are and that you influence this.
