Changing Government types

Where do you go to change the government type? I dont mean the 3 sliders in the editor. I.E. i wanted to change a government from facist to centrist.

I've looked and cant find it.

You need to change the alignment of the HeadOfGovernment minister or select another one with the alignment you want. (I don't know how/if you can do that in the editor since I've never used it.)

Not possible in the editor... Need to edit it in Excel or Wordpad>

If i was playing Italy, what file would need to be edited?

Simplest would be to change the db\ministers\ministers_ita.csv file. Change minister 3002 (Mussolini) from FA (Fascist) to LC (Liberal Conservative) or whatever other alignment you want.
