Changing gov from theocracy

Hello. How do i change from a theocracy to a monarchy? is there a way, or a cheat, to do it? i'm playing teutonic order btw. thank you in advance

You can change to an absolute monarchy at government tech 27.

In addition, when you form Prussia you will become a feudal monarchy.

in case of Teutonic Order you just have to wait until around 1500 when reformation starts

then you can immediately form prussia which means you get feudal monarchy gov

you might want to wait a bit longer to get a hochmeister (-king) with good stats, after that your new dynasty will reign. mecklenburg, hessen-kassel etc if you are lucky you get hohenzollern

actually i tried brandenburg few days ago and i really got a hohenzollern. sadly in about 100 years i had about 40 years of regency, no joke....

i stopped because i totally screwed up and now im doin my first german unification with prussia but ofc i didnt get hohenzollern. instead i got hesse-kassel which makes me rage a bit because it is hesseN-kassel goddamnit

It's Hesse-Kassel in English. If you really want to change things, find cultures.txt and change the dynasty name.
