Changing game

Hello everyone!
Once I bought the CK2 in Hungary in a shop, but it can be played just in Middle Europe, so it was cheaper than normally. It doesn't work, but it's another issue. So my quetion would be if I can sell or delete my bought game to buy the normal one in Steam now, because its price is very friendly now and I could play it wherever.

The game you'd buy now on Steam would be identical to the one you already have. Whatever problem you have now would likely still be there.

But to answer your question, we cannot delete games from your Steam account. You'd need to contact Steam support for that.
