Changing Flags

I'm working on an event chain in which Italy goes imperialistic (and eventually moving on to the other ones like France, etc).

Is there a way to use the Kingdom of italy flag (default) until an event, then have a new flag become the standard?

You can change it to a different country tag (like the Italian Social Republic) that uses a different flag.

indeed. The only way to do it, is to change one country to another.

There is no change flag command like in EU2 or Victoria I am afraid.

Its a long way off but I am slowly working on writing a Visual Basic program that could pre-load with HOI and let you browse and select things like flags, shields, skins, load screens etc . . .

I suppose you could use the JSGME utility to load stuff like this up - but it may be a bit of a performance if you have a lot of things to change...

ive acutally tried this before but pretty much they told you the samething they told me so i added a whole new country but for me its for post WWII reasons though
