I started a thread with the title Two Questions, but I can't find it anymore...anyway, one of the questions asked that unfortunately were never replied was about changing the culture of a province with a governor that has different culture than your kingdom's culture.
The answer is (from experience) that the province can change culture to the one of the kingdom that occupies it, even if the governor has a different culture than the official one.
