We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
in '...db\province.csv', find the province you wish to change, look across to it' current resource, an change it.
Beware however... a lot of people have problems editting like this... and it can mess up everything up so I'm told. I haven't had any problems like this... but it has been pointed out to me before that some do. Make a back up copy of everything before you do any work I would recommend.
