I want to change the infrastructure of a province to zero to prevent the AI from doing stupid things. In the file the provinces seem to just be identified by number. If I know on the map which province I want to change to zero, how do I figure out which number that is in the underlying file?

Thanks

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I would assume they correspond with the ingame provinces which can be viewed in the game by typing 'tdbg' in the console. You can see the numbers then when you hover over a province with your mouse.
