Like the one that requires you to have 5 universities in the Age of Absolutism. This objective is to have like 1k5 ducats and spend them, not very gnarly.
In fact more dynamic objectives could be a great feature, and really cheap to implement i guess. It would give a nice refreshing feeling from a campaign to another.
