In my gameplay I managed to find a OPM Mali with a lot of cores over the Western Africa and I managed to vassalise it diplomatically thinking what a great subject I managed to get. Unfortunately with Origins dlc present my new (currently having 3 provinces) vassal is constantly (at least once a month) plagued with various rebellions tied to Decline of Mali disaster, which does not make much sense since if you check description in EU 4 wiki ( https://eu4.paradoxwikis.com/Decline_of_Mali ) you will definitively note that this disaster is logically not very suitable for 3 province vassal state.
Maybe this disaster should end if Mali becomes a vassal ?
