@Paphalophagus So Platy is actually a part of the PDX sign in rewards, not part of the Founder's edition content. You can get her (and the flag icon) by signing in to your Paradox account via the Paradox Account tab in the Main Menu. As for the warning of not being able to verify ownership - please disregard it, it is only a visual issue and does not have any effect on the game or DLC itself - we have a fix ready for it, which should be included in our next update.
Super happy to hear that you now have the content available though!
Not able to run the game its keeps crashing this has just started happening ? anyone else, got a fix for this, I played the game before the lastest patch and it ran fine now it crashes with in 5 min of starting not even able to get the initial buildings down
This thread is about the release notes, it is not a good place to report and diagnose problems.
I lost my founders content too (Xbox). Used to have it, but since 1.0 no longer have access to it@Paphalophagus That content indeed - Sorry, my mind is everywhere today
So earlier in this thread some people reported the Founder's content disappearing with the full release. We initially thought that this was only because of the version being wrong, so now that it has updated to 22.214.171.1241, the content from Founder's pack should have been there - you have the content if you purchased the game at any point before yesterday. Those flags and the statue are the main content of the pack
So they are not showing at all for you? Do you have a section DLC in the launcher for your game? Is Founder's pack there?
Exact same issue for me! I even bought the UC expansion and none of that is showing despite it saying I own it on Microsoft storeOn my xbox I have version 126.96.36.199 and it isn't showing the founders pack items. Will it be part of the special update coming or is there something wrong? I reported in another thread on accident about it being missing in Epic
just restarted my xbox and tried the game again and the specialist Platy is back but no statue I thought it was all back but no
Ended up finding a code for the founders edition stuff, so I have that back now. Initially un-installing and re-installing didn’t work so looked further into it and it turns out the issue was simply that the UC edition needed to be installed independent of the game. Never really thought to look for that as I’ve never had expansions / DLCs need to be installed manually; they have always been automatic. So in the end I now have the expected content.@jasonian Heya! I believe Microsoft should have sent you a code to redeem after the game was fully released - have you checked your email for this? Also not 100% but possibly the Ultimate Colony content could have been done this way as well? We don't have access to Microsoft's systems so cannot say with 100% certainty.
If you are sure you have redeemed all content, please try reinstalling the game as well
