Please Paradox, change Yarkand to a horde. Right now it's a despotic monarchy with generic NIs surrounded by hordes that could easily topple it.

I wanted to suggest NIs for Yarkand, but for now I would like for them to be horde with horde NIs.

Could this be done in the new patch?

There is historical reasoning for Yarkand to not be a horde, Trin Trangula has explained it once or twice that Yarkand represents a local sedentary kingdom, not a horde like its neighbors.
