Change the titles of council members?

I have been looking for a way to change the title of my council from Marshal and Chancellor and Spymaster to different names depending on the religion/culture. I know there is a way to do this because I have seen it on screenshots, I just cannot remember which ones. Can anyone point me to the files where this can be edited?

.../localisation/text1.csv and text8.csv there you can find the most of them.

easiest way: create a new .csv-file in the way, the following lines shows:

job_spiritual_muslim;Court Chaplain;Chapelain de la cour;Hofimam;;Capellán de la Corte;;;;;;;;;x
job_spiritual_judaism;Court Chaplain;Chapelain de la cour;Hofrabbi;;Capellán de la Corte;;;;;;;;;x
job_spiritual_orthodox;Court Chaplain;Chapelain de la cour;Metropolit;;Capellán de la Corte;;;;;;;;;x
...

instead of religionnames you can use also culture-names from .../common/cultures.txt instead.

Also, do note that culture will always take precedence over religion, and gender takes precedence over culture.

If that were the case, every Muslim culture would be using the same titles. Instead we have Turkish people for example using a different set of names, and the Mongols keep their localizations even if they convert to Islam.

Well, maybe there are other variables at work. I added a zoroaster_group line in localisation to my duchy, king, and emporer titles. My character went from being the Kaiser of HRE to the Shahanshah of HRE. The german lines were still there, but the religion group took over. I forgot to change queen consort title so she showed up as Kaiserin to my Shahanshah until I went and added a line that included the zoroaster_group for consort.

I do agree that Turkish characters use different names though, so maybe it is coded to arabic instead of muslim? I will have to check when I get home.

Perhaps the precedence goes something like this, from lowest to highest?
Religious group. Culture group. Specific religion. Specific culture. Gender.
