Idk i think it would be really cool if countries like Russia or France get called something like French Republic, or Russian Federation when a republic, (probably revolutionary) Ofc this doesnt have to apply to all countries. Great Britain would become United Kingdom, Commonwealth could probably stay the same. I feel like Revolutionary Ottomans could change their name to like Asia cause they wouldnt be based around the Osmanoglu dynasty. This doesnt have to apply to every country, just ones that would make sense.

Honestly, Revolutionary X is very boring and ahistorical; I think a better name would be "Adjective Republic" (French Republic, Turkish Republic, Mongolian Republic, etc.) for revolutionary republics, since this was the name used for France pre-Napoleon. There could be an achievement around this (Heaven Americana; as Hamburg, exodus to the new world and become a revolutionary republic). For revolutionary empires, "Adjective Empire" (French Empire, Moroccan Empire, Nepalese Empire, etc.), from Napoleon's French Empire.
