Change similar flags

I really liked the flag change that Sweden got so you won't confuse it with France. Now I feel that other countries in the same situation deserve the same treatment. I'm thinking of Poland vs Serbia and Denmark vs Savoy.
Can anyone think of any other countries which have this problem?

Also, I have no idea what would be appropriate new flags for these countries so maybe someone can post a few examples?

England and Genoa.
Burgundy (I want it changed since it's simply historically inaccurate)
Germany and Nagaur (the chances of them coexisting is low, but still)
Auvergne and Castile

Yeah, the vanilla English flag looks totally different than Genoese

Here are my spots, some of them have been mentioned already by others:

Genoa - Trier
Poland - Serbia
Castile - Armagnac
France - Munster (the tone of the blue is different, so not so bad)
Denmark - Savoy
Aragon - Foix (rarely exists nowdays, so perhaps not a problem)
Nevers - Nassau

On a side note, Venetian flag should be red, not light blue.

My bad, I've been playing with a mod that changes the English flag and I forgot what it really was.

I'm using this flag for England and it looks distinct enough in order not to blend with Trier and Genoa:

Cross of Burgundy looks much more distinct than the quartered flag though. It shouldn't be changed.

I'd use the Serbian cross for, well, Serbia:

Auvergne and Castile? Is it even possible to mix them at all? You might have meant Armagnac and Castile. There are only lions on Armagnac coat of arms though.

The Nordic cross of Denmark should be shifted more to the side, and/or the Savoyard CoA could gain a blue frame like on the flag of the Kingdom of Italy:

Nevers and Nassau though, I have absolutely no idea. Their CoAs are indentical except the Nassau lion is crowned and the Nevers lion is not.
