What ?? That was changed a while ago, as far as i recall, but one needs good reasons and can't do it just willy-nilly.

By the way, who is the head nowdays deciding that ? Castellon is out of it nowadays, if i remember correctly.

My policy is I won't do it for users who have any posts (as that could make nonsense of threads they were in) unless the name is offensive or reveals unwanted personal information. Otherwise I will do it; if in doubt I defer to the Admins.
