Change "Pre Indo-European" to "Old European"

Sorry for being so nit-picky about minor details! I propose that the name "Pre Indo-European" as a culture is changed to "Old European".
Neither of the terms are more accurate than the other, but Pre Indo-European referring to a small specific culture group in Europe and not, say, the Dravidian group in India seems wrong. If India wasn't in the game, then sure, it might have fit better.

Thoughts?

I agree, since "Pre Indo-European" is a term to relies on comparison with another group. I'm not happy with "Old European" either, but it's at least way better.

Just split the group into two: Nuragic and Aquitano-Vasconic.
