Currently when you are above your domain limit but still within the grace period for newly acquired titles you still get the red warning on the status bar. I suggest that players would be better served by changing this warning color to yellow or orange when the penalty does not yet apply, possibly even using both colors ( yellow when >3 months before the penalty, orange when <3 months before the penalty applies ).
