Change Order of Ships in Outliner

Simple organizational thing for us neat freaks:

It would be really nice to be able to drag and drop the order of Science/Construction/Colony ships in the outliner. I would like to group my ships, so as to make it more organized and efficient-looking.

Yes, we most def need a drag and drop for the Outliner.

Another tick for this. Would be nice to have all my construction ships, science ships and colony ships in the same area of the outliner. Drag and drop would also be great for order preference. Same could be done for observation/planets as well. In order to keep things organized for what our individual plans are.

Yes! Also add the option to split construction/science/colony ships into different tabs, so you can hide a category.
