Change of great work ownership bug after winning a war and not losing any territory.

Playing most up to date version of CK2. 3.3.2 i believe. DLC: Monks and mystics, Holy fury, The old gods, conclave, legacy of rome, the reapers due, way of life, african and indian portraits(2). Steam on latest version of windows.
I declared war on Scotland- King Ulfr for a county and won the county. It is the highlighted county on the image. The 2 great works in progress are in the 2 counties in the N/NE of Ireland- Ulaidh and Tir Eoghain. The 1st time I dismissed my armies and mercs and then gave up ownership of a barony due to demense level. The 2nd time I just gave up a barony in the county directly to the west of the county I won(highlighted county). Both times i looked up and saw 2 messages as shown, both shown that ownership of great works was given to the Scottish king. WTF, makes no sense on any level I can find. The 1st time I am not sure when messages popped. The 2nd time I know after giving up barony. I will try a 3rd load and see if giving up a different barony/county helps or not giving up anything makes a difference.

3rd save was a little different. in pics it can be shown at 100% warscore i still had control of a great work(both only showed 1). In 2nd picture it is shown that i had lost control but with no message. strange this time i immediately entered another war for revenge of losing but no other change. i lost control without messages. in third pic it can be seen the message came in.
It seems to be a bug but in the end it worked out. I didn't realize i was in a 2nd war the times before, but apparently I was. When i beat the 2nd war it gave control back. Maybe I lose control immediately in battle? In any case I got it back but I am not sure that it was intended to get those messages, I had not got them in prior 5 or so wars. In any case doesn't appear to game breaking so no harm not foul.
