Change faction name

By editing which file can I change a faction name? I have already found how to add more nations to a faction.

I also want to change a factions symbol (image).

Any help would be appreciated.

No to be honest.

But I looked now and I only found how to ADD a country in a existing faction, no how to change it's name and icon :/
