Change ethnic belonging on dynasty

I'm sry if this has been explained somewhere else already, but I can't find it. Just to dumb or its not here anywhere.

I know how to change a dynasty's name, now I wanna change its ethnicity, from norwegian to swedish say. How do I do that?

Dynasties don't have inherent culture. Culture is an attribute of characters. If you want to change characters culture, you will need to change the relevant lines in their character entries in scenario or save file.
