I believe you are referring to the God Emperor
Which makes it worse since it'd be infringing on their IP.Yes but Padisha emperor has already been used in similar context (Dune) to stellaris, secondly the Despotic Empire-Star Empire can't be all about star wars.
I seriously doubt that the "word" Padishah Emperor is patented, and by that logic Paradox would also need to remove Zro Dust from the game since it's a very obvious reference to melange(Spice).Which makes it worse since it'd be infringing on their IP.

But Padishah is just the Persian/Turkish term for emperor. Are you wanting the term to be Emperor emperor? Emperor^2?
I think you want either Spatium Imperator Or Tractus Imperator. Though someone with more than one term of Latin would be needed to clean that up.![]()
Or maybe Primarch, like in mass effect. I also really like Star Emperor or Celestial Emperor. Also any of the Imperators though personally that's to military. Do we know if there is more than 1 upgrade to the government rank? Cause then we can add more stuff in, and honestly having more ranks makes sense to meMy contribution is : Primus
Latin for "the first"
The title of the leader of Comstar (quasi religious cult from Battletech lore, with a monopoly on interstellar communications, hiding a gigantic army.. think space nazi AT&T).
Or not![]()

"Monarch"?
If it is an Empire it probably should be Emperor though.
No, change emperor to glorious Iranian "Shahnshah"
Fair point, though it sounds coolThe primarchs of Mass Effect would rather fit for the military dictatorship government.
No ruler that I know of has ever used the title "monarch", it seems a bit silly.
Clara: Looks like a Japanese restaurant. Oh! Have you brought me to a space restaurant? It's kind of hard to beat "Emperor" as a secular majestic title, because it essential means ruler of a large diverse realm or king of kings (or at least, above king).
Examples of other culture's high titles are mostly equivalent in meaning.
The only thing I could think of would be something like "Space Emperor", but that'd be silly. Very silly. Nobody would want that. Nope... [shifty eyes]
Science Fiction Game?
