I am not sure, but it seems like this lines in the text.csv file controlls the names of bigger formations:

No individual naming for each country. So, if you are playing Germany, you would i.e. have to change all the "th", "st" and "nd":s to dots (.), and "Corps" to "Korps". This will make your corps get the names 1. Korps, 2. Korps and so on. I don't think it is possible to make the computer use roman digits, since it can't handle it.
