The chance of success that appears in all diplo and spy options does not appear in Bribe Governor action. It's a PITA since you're going to spend 250 gold and you should know if you're wasting it because you don't have any chance of success.

I don't know it it's WAD, but it would not make much sense since any other action shows the chance. Btw, it also makes it hard to tell if the attribute used is finesse (as in subterfuge actions) or charisma (as in diplo actions) .
