Central Powers Sweden Event

Is there any event for Sweden to join the CP in 1914, as they were offered in real life? I tried a play-through and got no event or decision, but changed my interventionism enough to join the war by 1916.
Is there perhaps a circumstance I am not meeting?

I think there was one in the 1914 mod, but not in Darkest Hour. There should be, though.
