im just trying to make an event to the point where after the central powers is won (bulgaria is huge by the way) bulgaria takes a huge chunk of land from austria so only the actual european part is left so german, Italy and Bulgaria decide to partition it but they can't decide how to do it and alot of heavy arguments to the point where Germany leaves the central powers leaving bulgaria as the leader with spain and italy. then a civil war breaks out mostly being in austria. heres a picture to show u my dilemma.but unfortunately im no good at modding so can any one shoe me how to make an event or make one that i can copy
