Centers of Reformation spawning.

It makes no sense that COR can spawn right next to eachother, making one small region protestant and leaving other regions without. It normally happens when a OPM gets the center, converts 2 OPM and you have 3 centers of reformation right next to eachother. I propose this. When you convert and you already are fully protestant or are too close to another one, you should not be able to get a center of reformation, making Protestant and Reformed more widespread.

Yeah, I agree with this. In my game that exact situation happened, and because I was Protestant, I was stuck with everyone hating me and only a few weak opms would like me. It can cause a lot of roblems and make the reformation a bit odd.

Perhaps make it so that you only get a CoR if your country is less than some% Protestant when you convert, so OPMs will almost never become CoR, except for the one the reformation starts in?

i play as norway, i broke free from denmark and got muscovy and england as allies. then i defeated the slightly eaten novogorod and take all his provinces bordering scandinavia and some else, i converted ladoga, kola, karellia and "pitzorest?", then i decided to turn protestant and the reformation center spawned in ladoga....

i wanted it to be in bergenshus so that england(wich has'nt converted) will (mabye) convert to protestantism too.
