I think this may be a stupid question, but I don't know how to start a new center of trade! I'm going very well, but i'm losing an important part of my income! Who can help me!?

U can't start them, they pop up by themselves, at rich locations etc. Some of them are especially prone to have CoT's like, Table.
Yeah, they won't come by your wishing. You just have to wait. Sometimes you'll be lucky, and get your one colony in the pacific (Tahiti

I've had two new ones pop up, both while playing England (in different games, ofc.)
One showed up in England itself. What is that province? Anglia, or something like that. Help me out here guys.
The other showed up in America itself, on the east coast there amonst all the new colonies and trading posts the English had built up. I can't remember if the Iroqouis nation was a part of that CoT or not. 'Course, I have trouble remembering my name. Luckily my name is written in my shorts.

It is possible to edit the save file though and adda cot that way, or just change the location of a cot to grant you a cot in your nation.
Generally the CoT's show up in fairly specific regions. One usually springs up on the US Eastern Seaboard, US West Coast, Mexico, and one down in Inca land. South Africa...expecially Table, seems to get one pretty reliably. Also look for one in the Indonesian islands. Holland or Portugal usually have these since they get there first.
Also, when playing a game w/o a CoT programmed in Anglia, that is a very common place for a CoT to appear.
That happened to me once; the only time I ever colonized Tahiti, it CoT-ified itself into the richest one around !

And I have noticed that some provinces like Anglia alwys get CoT's, and it usually get it under Henry VIII or Elizabeth I in my games.

9/10 times that I colonize Tahiti I get a CoT there. Most of the time, my colony's only a level 1 colony too
If you colonize Australia (especially Tasmania or the provinces Wagga or Wollongong) you'll get one and another common place is Aires...

anglia is on time delay (it will show) and Holland is similar, but if there is no dutch independence, it may not show.
if you get tired of waiitng for a COT, one can just take them 3w COTS are often notoriuosly undefended.
it gets better. if you capture a 3w COT sometimes a new COT will appear shortly after as compensation to the loser. capture that one too and repeat as necessary!
I think part of the issue with Anglia is that England has to be doing well. I expected one to show up there (as it did in both my English campaigns) in my current Russian campaign, but the English were/are doing poorly. They lost territory to France and Scotland, and the Royalists established themselves and then took more provinces, and then they lost a province to me. Now, Turkey has one province in Ireland (which they captured from France), and I have everything else in the British Isles except Anglia, which is the only English province in Europe.

The best thing to do if England is getting dominated by the Scots, as often happens, is to remove the English cores from Scotland. Scotland really shouldn't have any claims on Northumberland, Lancashire, or Yorkshire.
