Does anybody know, how new center of trades are created? Based on what does EU decides to put a new COT? Once in North America, there was a new COT in english territory, I conquered it, after short time there was a new one :0)

It's a function of which countries have the most trade in the area, which countries have the most advanced trade tech, how far away the nearest CoT is, how much trade there is in the nearby area, and certain other factors, not all of which are fully documented.

Exactly the point - there's no other land within thousands of miles, which is sufficiently far away to trigger a new CoT opening. New colonies in SE Asia just go into Delhi or China - or even back to Europe, for some odd reason - until there are quite a few of them. For the same reaons, you also tend to get a new CoT in Australia trading three sheep a year.
