Cemetaries not emptying

Hi,

I'm trying to empty a couple cemetaries, but it's not working. Although I have plenty of Crematoriums, the cemetaries are stuck with the number of dead people they had when they (should have) started emptying. Is this a bug someone else has also experienced or could it be a mod?

Ensure that you have a proper road path from the cemeteries to the crematoriums. If they cannot empty to anywhere, they won't. For example, I accidentally placed a one way road down with my land fill and it would not empty out to the incinerator because they trucks could not get there. It actually is pretty easy to do that.

Guess what... I removed the road in front of the cemetary and kept the one in the back!
